摘要 根据?350 mm金刚石圆锯片锯切花岗岩的实验数据,利用多元非线性回归分析法建立了金刚石圆锯片锯切花岗岩的锯切功率预测模型。通过实验数据与模型预测数据比较,验证了该预测模型的可行性。结果表明:多元非线性回归分析法预测模型的拟合效果较好,预测的锯切功率与实验锯切功率相比,相对误差绝对值的平均值仅为2.17%;影响圆锯片锯切功率的最主要因素为进给速度,其次为金刚石磨料的综合强度,最后为锯切深度。 Based on the experimental data of cutting granite with ?350 mm diamond circular saw blade, the prediction model of cutting power under the condition of cutting granite with diamond circular saw blade was established by means of multivariate non-linear regression analysis. The feasibility of the prediction model was verified by comparing the experimental data with the predicted data. The results show that the fitting effect of the model predicted by the multivariate non-linear regression analysis method is better. Compared with the experimental power,the average absolute relative error of the predicted power is only 2.17%. The main factor affecting the sawing power of circular saw blade is feed speed, followed by the comprehensive strength of diamond abrasive, and finally the sawing depth.
