摘要
八角茴香为药食两用资源,应用范围广泛,在我国资源丰富。现代药理研究表明八角茴香含有抗氧化成分,具有抗氧化活性,是一种开发天然抗氧化剂的重要资源,在医药、卫生和食品等领域具有良好的应用前景。文章综述了八角茴香抗氧化活性在我国的研究进展,为八角茴香抗氧化活性的进一步研究及其产品的开发应用提供了依据。
Illicium verum is a dual-purpose resource for medicine and food, which has an enormous application scope and it is abundant in China. Modern pharmacological studies indicate that Illicium verum has antioxidant compounds which have good antioxidant activity, and Illicium verum is an important resource for natural antioxidant development, which shows a very promising application prospect in medicine, health and food field.This paper reviews the research progress of the antioxidant activity of Illicium verum in China, and provides the basis for the further study on the antioxidant activity of Illicium verum and the development and application of its products.
