摘要
目的:探讨曲美他嗪片联合地尔硫卓片治疗心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年3月—2018年3月我院收治的心绞痛患者106例,按照随机对照原则分成对照组和观察组,每组各53例。对照组给予曲美他嗪片治疗,观察组接受曲美他嗪片联合地尔硫卓片治疗,比较2组临床相关指标、生活质量、治疗效果、不良反应。结果:观察组心绞痛发作次数、发作持续时间、ST段下移值低于对照组,躯体活动受限程度、心绞痛稳定状态、发作频率、满意程度、疾病认知评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床总有效率观察组(94.34%)高于对照组(81.13%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率观察组(5.66%)低于对照组(20.75%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪片结合地尔硫卓片治疗心绞痛可有效减少患者心绞痛发作,提高其生活质量及治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,安全性高。
Objective :To investigate the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine tablets combined with diltiazem tablets in treatment of angina pectoris. Methods :106 patients with angina pectoris admitted to hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 53 cases in each.The control group was given trimetazidine tablets,while the observation group was treated with trimetazidine tablets combined with diltiazem tablets.Clinical indexes, quality of life, curative effects,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results :The numbeRof angina pectoris attack,duration of attack,and ST-segment depression value in the observation group were loweRthan those in the control group,while the scores of physical limitation,angina stability, angina frequency, treatment satisfaction and disease perception in the observation group were higheRthan those in the control group ( P <0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group (94.34%) was higheRthan that of control group (81.13%)( P <0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (5.66%) was loweRthan that of the control group (20.75%)( P <0.05). Conclusion :Trimetazidine tablets combined with diltiazem tablets in treatment of angina pectoris can effectively decrease angina pectoris attack, increase quality of life and curative effects,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve safety.
