摘要
目的:探讨死亡教育对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后恢复的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法,选取2015年7月~2018年6月PCI术后实施"死亡教育+常规健康教育"的30例ACS患者为干预组,另选择同期PCI术后仅实施"常规健康教育"的30例ACS患者作为对照组;采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、西雅图心绞痛调查量表(SAQ)及生活质量测定量表(QLS)分别测量两组抑郁、焦虑情绪、机体功能状态、生活质量,观察两组干预前后(出院当天、出院6个月时) HAMD、HAMA、SAQ、QLS评分差异。结果:出院6个月时,干预组HAMD、HAMA评分明显低于对照组(P <0. 01),SAQ总评分和各维度评分明显高于对照组(P <0. 01),QLS总评分和各维度评分高于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论:对ACS患者行PCI术后实施"三个结合"死亡教育干预,可以帮助患者坦然地接受死亡,降低或消除患者抑郁、焦虑情绪,减轻疾病症状,改善其机体功能状态,从而提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of death education on patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Method:According to the random number table method,a total of 30 ACS patients who received“death education+routine health education”after PCI from July 2015 to June 2018 were selected as the intervention group,and another 30 ACS patients who received“routine health education”after PCI during the same period were selected as the control group.Using Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)survey,Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)and determination of the quality of life scale(QLS)were measured in the two groups of depression,anxiety,functional status,quality of life,to observe the score differences of two groups before and after the intervention(6 months on the day of discharge,discharge)on HAMD,HAMA,SAQ,QLS.Results:After 6 months discharge,the HAMD and HAMA scores in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),the SAQ total score and individual dimension scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the QLS total score and each dimension scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The implementation of“three combinations”of death education intervention after PCI for ACS patients can help them accept death calmly,reduce or eliminate their depression and anxiety,reduce their disease symptoms,improve their functional state,and thus improve their quality of life.
