摘要 目的 :分析白蛋白在新生儿黄疸治疗中的辅助作用。方法 :选取58例新生儿黄疸患儿随机为对照组和观察组各29例。对照组给予常规治疗+蓝光照射治疗,观察组在此基础上给予静脉滴注白蛋白治疗。对比治疗前后的血清总胆红素(total bilirubin, TBIL)、直接胆红素(direct bilirubin, DBIL)以及间接胆红素(indirect bilirubin, IBIL)等血清生化指标,并评估两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患儿的TBIL、DBIL以及IBIL指标相比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后两组患儿的TBIL、DBIL以及IBIL指标均显著的低于治疗前(P <0.05),且观察组上述指标均明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的临床疗效显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 :在常规蓝光照射的基础上静滴白蛋白辅助治疗新生儿黄疸,有利于改善患儿的血清指标,提高临床治疗效果,安全有效。 Objective: To analyze the auxiliary role of albumin in the treatment of neonatal jaundice. Methods: Fiftyeight cases of neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 29 cases each. The control group was treated with routine therapy plus blue light irradiation while the observation group with intravenous infusion of albumin besides. Serum biochemical indexes such as serum total bilirubin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL) and indirect bilirubin (IBIL) were compared before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated. Results: There were no significant differences in TBIL, DBIL and IBIL indexes between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). These indexes were significantly lower after treatment than before and were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05). The clinical efficacy was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Blue light irradiation plus adjuvant treatment by intravenous infusion of albumin for the treatment of neonatal jaundice is of benefit to improving the serum indexers of children and the clinical therapeutic effect with safety and effectiveness.
