摘要
儿科住院医师规范化培训(住培)是儿科人才培养过程中的重点,是为紧缺的儿科专业输送优秀人才的重要途径之一。本课题旨在构建适合儿科教学基地的住培网络课程,借助局域网的开发建设,以形成性评价为基础,在原有的网络课程项目的基础上,增加对课程、教师和学员的形成性评价。基于形成性评价的儿科住培网络课程对不同住培学员有较大的实用价值,在传统教学的基础上增加学习方法,提高学习效率,提升学习效果。
The standardized residency training of pediatrics is the most important process of pediatric talent cultivation. The aim of our project is to build the online courses suitable for pediatric standard residency training. With the help of local area network and reference to original online course project, the new courses will add formative assessment on the curriculums, teachers and students. This set of courses have positive and practical values for pediatricians, which will make up for the deficiencies of traditional teaching, and greatly improve the learning effect.
