摘要
以渤海S区块油藏条件为基础,对影响聚合物驱效果的重要因素进行横向评价,同时与海上在用的SZ型聚合物进行驱油性能对比。实验结果表明,速溶型聚合物表现出较优的溶解能力,但其增黏效果不如SZ型聚合物;筛选出的4~#聚合物在增黏性、耐温耐盐稳定性等方面表现稳定,各项测试指标稍优于其余几种聚合物。4~#聚合物在65℃时的黏度为74.9 mPa·s,室内驱油实验最终采收率为45.2%。4~#聚合物的性能参数能够满足S区块的基本需求,可以开展进一步的优化研究。
The existing three large-concentration blocks in Bohai Oilfield,which is considered that the polymer currently affects the improvement of polymer flooding effect due to its poor temperature and salt resistance stability and shear resistance. Based on the reservoir conditions of Bohai S block,this paper evaluates the important factors affecting polymer flooding,and compares it with the SZ polymer in use at sea. The results show that the fast-dissolving polymer shows better solubility,but the viscosity-increasing effect is not as good as that of SZ-type polymer;high-molecular-weight polymer 4# is stable in terms of viscosity increasing,temperature and salt resistance stability,and various tests. The index is slightly better than the other polymers;the viscosity of 4# polymer is 74. 9 mPa. s at 65 ℃,and the final recovery factor of indoor oil displacement test is 45. 2%. From the results of the parameter cross-evaluation,it can be seen that the performance parameters of the 4# polymer can meet the basic needs of the S block,and further optimization studies can be carried out.
