摘要
汉代地方上计于中央的具体使命,是由上计使者来完成的。这些人可视为地方派往中央的使者,其在中央与地方二元政治格局中的特殊作用值得重视。上计使者的身份和使命在两汉时期有一定变化。上计使者与地方吏治之间的复杂关系,似乎也反映出汉代行政运作与政治文化中较为阴暗的一面。
The mission of shangji from local to the central in Han Dynasty was accomplished by shangji envoys, who played a very important role in the central and local binary political landscape. The identity of these envoys had some difference in Western Han and Eastern Han Dynasties. They both had to perform some routine mission special missions. The complex relationship between shangji envoys and officials probably reflected more dark side in the administrative operation and political culture.
