摘要
基于多艘大型滚装货船建造检验实际情况,梳理了薄板焊接变形的部位和类型,针对不同变形采取了相应的控制方案和纠正措施,包括对船舶设计图纸的优化和现场施工工艺的控制。结果表明,薄板变形得到有效控制,船舶质量水平进一步提升。
According to the shipbuilding inspections for many ro-ro cargo ships, the hull steel sheet welding deformation and countermeasures were analyzed. The deformation was eliminated by optimizing the ship design drawings and the construction process. Through constant summary, the hull steel sheet welding deformation was controlled effectively for follow-up ships, and quality of ships was further improved.
