摘要
目的探讨精细化干预在眼睑恶性肿瘤的围手术期应用效果。方法根据围手术期干预方式不同将75例眼睑恶性肿瘤患者分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=35)。对照组患者给予常规干预,观察组患者给予精细化干预。比较两组患者的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、肿瘤患者生活质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)评分及并发症发生情况。结果观察组和对照组患者术后不同时间点(术后1、3、7天)的VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(F_(时间)=18.471,P<0.05);两组患者的VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(F_(组间)=7.452,P<0.05);两组患者的术后VAS评分在时间和组间存在交互作用(F_(时间×组间)=5.985,P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者的躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能得分均明显高于对照组,疲倦、恶心呕吐、疼痛得分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论在眼睑恶性肿瘤患者围手术期应用精细化干预的效果显著,可以有效降低术后并发症发生率,提高患者的生活质量,临床应用价值高。
Objective To investigate the effect of meticulous intervention on eyelid malignant tumors during perioperative period. Method Seventy-five patients with eyelid malignant tumors were divided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n=35) according to different perioperative intervention modes. Patients in the control group were given routine intervention, and patients in the observation group were treated with meticulous intervention. The visual analogue scale (VAS) score, cancer patient quality of life questionnaire-core 30 (QLQ-C30) score, and complications were compared between the two groups. Result The differences in VAS score between the observation group and the control group at different time points (1, 3, and 7 days after surgery) were statistically significant (Ftime=18.471, P<0.05). The VAS score was significantly different between the two groups (Fgroup=7.452, P<0.05);with regard to postoperative VAS score in both groups, a significant interaction was found between time and group (Ftime×group=5.985, P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, while the scores of fatigue, nausea, vomiting and pain were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). The overall incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Meticulous intervention in patients with eyelid malignant tumor during perioperative period is effective in reducing the incidence of postoperative complications, improving the quality of life, and has a high clinical application value.
