摘要
胜利能源公司设备维修中心汽修车间通过多年的维修经验积累采取多项矿用卡车保养举措,并创新设备保养管理方法,总结归纳了"承包、清洁、紧固、润滑、预防"十字保养法。此方法使得矿用卡车的保养项目更加有基础性、针对性、实效性,实践应用效果显著。同时此设备保养法对其他矿用设备维护单位也具有推广、应用价值。
The repair workshop of equipment repair center of Shengli Energy Company has accumulated many maintenance measures for mine trucks through years of maintenance experience and innovates equipment maintenance and management methods,summarizes the equipment maintenance method of contracting,cleaning,fastening,lubrication and prevention.This method makes the maintenance project of mine truck more basic,targeted and effective,and the remarkable application effect.At the same time,the maintenance method of the equipment also has the popularization and application value for other mining equipment maintenance units.
