术中超声引导下显微手术切除脑内型海绵状血管瘤

摘要 目的探讨术中超引导下显微手术切除脑内型海绵状血管瘤的临床价值.方法回顾性分析2009年1月至2017年6月15例脑内型海绵状血管瘤患者的临床资料,术中应用超声对病变进行定位,指导手术路径选择,用超声判断病变切除的程度.结果 15例脑内型海绵状血管瘤患者病变均定位准确,完整切除,术后病变病理均为海绵状血管瘤,术前临床症状均有不同程度的改善.结论术中超声操作简便,定位精确,能有效辅助选择最佳手术路径,减少脑组织损伤. Objective To understand and establish the clinical advantages of intraoperative ultrasound in the removal of cerebral cavernous hemangioma.Methods The clinical data of 15 patients with cerebral cavernous hemangioma were retrospectively analyzed.Intraoperative ultrasound was used for locating the lesion during the operation.We selected the best surgical approach and evaluated the degree of resection with ultrasonic assistance.Results 15 cases of microsurgery were performed with ultrasonic assistance,and all the lesions were totally removed.Postoperative pathology confirmed cavernous hemangioma,and preoperative symptoms were improved in varied degrees.Conclusions Intraoperative ultrasound is very simple and accurate to locate intracranial lesions.It can effectively assist the surgeons to choose the best surgical approach and reduce brain tissue damage.
