摘要
目的运用许学猛教授创立的肌骨拉伸功对腰椎间盘突出症患者进行护理干预,观察其临床疗效方法.选取2017年10月至2018年10月本院骨科就诊的100例腰椎间盘突出症的患者,根据就诊的时间,按照随机数字表的顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例.对照组接受物理治疗及适当的卧床休息;观察组患者在此基础上进行肌骨拉伸功锻练,2次/d,疗程2周,观察与记录治疗前后的VAS评分和JOA评分,进行组间对比.结果治疗后观察组VAS评分小于对照组[(2.04±1.00)分比(2.74±1.61)分],两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.6,P=0.01),观察组JOA评分高于对照组[(20.18±2.49)分比(16.72±2.56)分].两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=-6.859.P=0.00);观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(92.00%比78.00%),差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.461.P=0.014).结论肌骨拉伸功锻炼可实现肌力的提升,维持并加强关节与脊柱的稳定性,恢复局部的力学平衡,促进腰椎间盘突出症患者的康复。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of musculoskeletal stretching exercise created by Professor Xu Xuemeng on patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods From October, 2017 to October, 2018, 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated at our department were randomly divided into an observation group (50 cases) and a control group (50 cases) according to the random number table. The control group received physical therapy and appropriate bed rest;the observation group performed musculoskeletal stretching exercise on the basis of these measures, 2 times/day, for 2 weeks. The scores of VAS and JOA were evaluated before and after the treatment. Results The VAS score was lower and the JOA score was higher in the observation group than in the control group [(2.04± 1.00) vs.(2.74±1.61) and (20.18±2.49) vs.(16.72±2.56)], with statistical differences (t=2.6 and -6.859, P=0.01 and 0.00). The effective rate was higher in observation group than in the control group (92.00% vs. 78.00%), with a statistical difference (Z=-2.461, P=0.014). Conclusion Musculoskeletal stretching exercise can improve the muscle strength, maintain and strengthen the stability of the joint and the spine, restore the local mechanical balance, and improve the rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
