摘要
在石油化工中,芳烃抽提装置常用的溶剂为环丁砜。环丁砜在运行过程中会劣化,劣化的环丁砜酸性增强,加之抽提装置原料中微量的氯在溶剂系统中累积,对环丁砜的劣化为累积效果,造成溶剂循环系统设备腐蚀甚至损坏,溶剂对高温换热设备腐蚀尤其严重,使装置非正常停工。溶剂再生系统与阴离子交换树脂法配合使用,降低环丁砜中高分子聚合物、固体杂质和离子态的酸性杂质,从而改善环丁砜品质来降低对设备的腐蚀。
In petrochemical industry,the common solvent for aromatics hydrocarbon extraction equipment is sulfolane.The sulfolane will deteriorate during the operation,degraded sulfolane acidity is enhanced,The deterioration of sulfolane is a cumulative effect,causes solvent circulation system equipment to corrode or even damage,the solvent is particularly severe corrosion of the high temperature heat transfer equipment,the device is shut down abnormally.Solvent regeneration system combined use with an anion exchange resin can reduce the high molecular weight polymer,solid impurities and ionic acidic impurities in sulfolane,to improve the quality of sulfolane and reduce corrosion of equipment.
