摘要
以松针水提液为研究对象,采用分光光度法,以羟自由基清除率为指标,通过正交实验优化了微波功率,微波处理时间,氯化钠百分含量等因素对松针水提液抗氧化活性的影响。结果表明,微波功率对松针水提液的抗氧化性影响最大,氯化钠百分含量影响最小;最优实验条件为微波处理功率420 W,微波辐射时间3 min,氯化钠百分含量4%,在此条件下羟自由基清除率达到94. 17%。
The effects of microwave power,microwave treatment time and sodium chloride percentage on the antioxidant activity of pine needle water extract were optimized by orthogonal test by using spectrophotometry with hydroxyl radical scavenging rate as index.The results showed that microwave power had the greatest effect on the antioxidant activity of pine needle water extract and the smallest effect on the content of sodium chloride.The optimum experimental conditions were 420 W microwave power,3 min microwave radiation time and 4% sodium chloride content.Under these conditions,the hydroxyl radical scavenging rate reached 94.17%.
