摘要
随着社会进步和自然灾害频发,应急避难场所建设被提到了新高度.在用地紧张的城市环境下,探索避难空间集约化使用的途径,将住宅建筑中的"高效空间"理念结合城市应急避难场所的建设要求进行研究,从时间和空间维度探讨"空间高效"理念对避难场所规划设计的指导意义.并将避难场所中的"高效空间"理念运用到避难场所规划设计中,以三明市城市文化广场为例,践行"高效空间"理念.提升应急避难场所的防灾效益、经济效益、土地利用效益等,从而构建一个功能完善、平灾结合、空间高效的城市应急避难场所规划.
As the social progress and frequent occurrence of disasters,the idea of building emergency shelters is raised to a new higher.The article discusses the approach of intensively applying refuge space under the circumstance of land shortage in urban.It made developing research by combining“high-effective space”concept in housing construction with the construction requirement of urban emergency shelter,and discussed the guiding significance of“high-effective space”on emergency shelter planning programming from the aspects of both time and spatial dimensions.It also applied the“high-effective space”concept of emergency shelter to its planning programming and practiced the concept of“efficient space”by taking cultural square in Sanming City as the example.Consequently,it promotes the benefits of disaster preventing,economy,and land utilization and build an evacuation area in urban with function maturation,combination with both plain and calamity,and high-efficient space.
