冶炼区周边农田蔬菜重金属污染及风险评估——以陕西商洛某冶炼区周边农田为例 被引量:3

摘要 为研究冶炼区周边农田蔬菜中重金属的污染状况,以陕西省商洛某冶炼区周边菜地为研究对象,采样分析生菜、香菜、蒜苗、小青菜、芹菜、大葱、韭菜、油麦菜、菠菜9种蔬菜不同组织器官中的重金属含量,采用单因子评价法和综合评价法对这些蔬菜进行污染评价,进一步对比不同种类蔬菜茎叶重金属转运能力,并对这些蔬菜可食部分重金属含量对人体的健康进行风险评价.结果表明,根据《食品中污染物限量》(GB 2726—2017)所定标准,这9种蔬菜各组织器官中Cd含量均超标,Zn和Ni含量几乎超标,Cu含量较低,均未超标.结合单项污染指数和综合污染指数分析发现,该冶炼区周边农田蔬菜污染基本上属于重污染.9种蔬菜中油麦菜茎叶对根部Cd和Ni转运能力较大(分别为1.290和3.695),菠菜茎叶对根部Zn转运能力较大(39.99),芹菜茎叶对根部Cu转运能力较大(1.825).摄入这些蔬菜其中的Zn、Cu对人体无明显健康风险,但摄入的Cd对人体健康风险性较大. In order to study the pollution of heavy metals in vegetables around Shangluo smelting area,through the sampling and experiment in a smelting area of Shangluo,the heavy metal contents of nine kinds of vegetables, including lettuce,coriander,garlic sprout,small green vegetable,celery,green onion,leek,rape vegetable and spinach,were analyzed.Single factor of evaluation method and comprehensive evaluation method were used to evaluate the pollution of vegetables.The transport capacity of heavy metals in stems and leaves in different kinds of vegetables was further compared,and the health risk assessment of edible part of heavy metals in vegetables on human body was analyzed.The results showed that according to the pollutant limit in food(GB 2726-2017),Cd contents in all tissues and organs in nine kinds of vegetables were exceeded the standard,Zn and Ni content were almost exceeded the standard,Cu content was low,and none of them were exceeded the standard.Among the nine vegetables,the stem and leaf of rapeseed had a great capacity to transport Cd and Ni in the root of 1.290 and 3.695,respectively.The stem and leaf of spinach had a great capacity to transport Zn in the root of 39.99,and the stem and leaf of celery had a great capacity to transport Cu in the root of 1.825.There was no significant health risk for residents to consume Zn and Cu through the vegetables around the smelting area,but there was a greater health risk for them to consume Cd.
