摘要
针对目前激光焊在我国船厂中的应用实例不多,可借鉴的经验很少,实际操作尚不成熟的现状,通过具体试验对激光焊在薄板拼板中的应用参数进行探索研究。结合焊缝跟踪系统和ADAP自适应系统的应用,使激光焊初步达到投入实际生产使用的条件,为激光焊在船舶行业的推广应用提供一定的理论基础。
As laser welding is seldom used in the Chinese shipyards,there is little experience to go by and the welding operators are not so skilled,experimental studies are carried out to get the parameters of laser welding of thin plate,where weld seam tracking system and ADAP adaptive system are applied to make laser welding preliminarily meet the requirements of production and to provide a theoretical basis for promoting laser welding in the shipbuilding industry.
