摘要
通过测定氰戊菊酯在不灭菌土壤和灭菌土壤中碳同位素比值变化明确微生物降解氰戊菊酯过程会产生显著的稳定碳同位素分馏效应,从而说明稳定同位素技术可以应用于氰戊菊酯微生物降解的定性评估。
By measuring the carbon isotope ratios of fen valerate in sterilized and non-sterilized soils, it is clear that the process of microbial degradation of fen valerate will produce significant stable carbon isotope fractionation effect, which indicates that stable isotope technology can be applied to qualitative assessment of microbial degradation of fen valerate.
