摘要
从制模、组合、熔炼、浇注、热压及补焊等工序入手,分析了弧形精密铸件发生变形的原因。根据分析结果,采取了设计蜡模胎膜、正确摆放、合理的蜡模组合、合适的离心转速及合适的矫正等措施,将弧形精密铸件的变形量控制在技术要求范围内。
Starting with operations such as moulding,assembling,melting,pouring,hot pressing,and repairing welding,the reason why the arc-shaped castings exhibited distortion was analyzed.On the basis of the analysis results,several measures,including design of wax pattern tyre proper arrangement,reasonable wax pattern assembling,adaptable centrifugal rotating speed,and suitable leveling,have been adopted,and,as a result,distortion amount of the arc-shaped precision castings has been controlled within desired range.
