摘要
目的探讨护理风险管理措施对先天性心脏病低体重婴幼儿术后监护质量的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2016年12月该院收治的90例先天性心脏病低体重婴幼儿作为研究对象。采用随机数字表作为分组原则将90例患儿分为对照组(行先天性心脏病外科手术治疗)与研究组,各45例(行护理风险管理干预)。观察比较两组患儿术后并发症情况以及护理期间不良事件的发生情况。结果研究组术后并发症的发生率为6.67%低于对照组的24.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理期间的不良事件发生率为4.44%,低于对照组的17.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理措施可以有效强化先天性心脏病低体重婴幼儿的术后监护质量,保障其预后效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk management measures on postoperative care quality of infants with congenital heart disease and low body weight. Methods A total of 90 infants with congenital heart disease and low body weight admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as research objects.Using random number table as the grouping principle, 90 children were divided into control group(surgical treatment of congenital heart disease was performed) and study group(nursing risk management intervention was performed), 45 cases of each group.Postoperative complications and adverse events during nursing were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 6.67%, lower than 24.44% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events was 4.44% in the study group, lower than 17.78% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing risk management measures can effectively strengthen the quality of postoperative care for low-weight infants with congenital heart disease and guarantee their prognosis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
