摘要
慢性湿疹为临床常见皮肤病,笔者认为其致病关键为"毒邪郁闭",故治以"托毒透邪"。笔者运用针刺"新八髎穴"联合火针托毒透邪治疗慢性湿疹疗效显著。此文总结并分析了针刺新八髎和火针的操作、功效、作用机制,并附上医案一则,以证明其有效性,以期为临床针灸治疗慢性湿疹提供新思路和有效治法。
Chronic eczema is a kind of common skin disease, and the pathogenic key of this disease is “ Duxie Yubi”, which is cured by “ Tuodu Touxie”. The author uses “new Baliao points” combined with fire needle in the treatment of chronic eczema. In order to offer an effective treatment of chronic eczema, this article summarizes the operation, function, and mechanism of new Baliao and fire needle, and introduces a medical case.
