摘要 以手轮为研究对象,采用实验结果与ProCAST模拟技术相结合的方法分析了引起该类铝合金铸件产生缩孔和缩松缺陷的主要原因。利用上述结果优化了铸造工艺,采用了浇冒口一体化方案;同时,对该方案中容易出现的问题进行了探讨,提出了预防措施。结果表明,采取合理的预防措施,浇冒口一体化方案可以有效降低小型手轮类零件中的缺陷、提高铸件质量。 Taking the aluminum hand wheel as the study object, the main causes leading to the shrinkage cavities and porosities were analyzed by employing the experimental results and the ProCAST simulation technology. On the basis of the above results, the casting process was optimized, and the integrated scheme of the pouring system and the riser one was adopted. In addition, the easily appeared problems in the integrated scheme were investigated and the corresponding precautions were proposed. The results show that taking the reasonable precautions and the integrated scheme can effectively eliminate the shrinkage defects in the hand wheel and elevate the quality of the hand wheel.
