摘要 以某公司生产的某型号叉车驱动桥桥体为研究对象,基于ANSYS Workbench有限元分析对该桥体进行静力学分析,计算得到相应的应力值和变形分布,验证其强度是否满足设计要求。对桥体进行动态特性分析,结果显示桥体各阶模态的固有频率都在213.11 Hz以上,不会因为路面不平产生的激励而产生共振。同时根据谐响应分析的变形频率响应曲线找出桥体谐响应振幅最大时的频率,计算出最大频率下的应力和应变云图,结果表明引起该桥体共振的频率为430 Hz,远大于路面引起的共振频率,故验证该桥体结构设计合理。叉车驱动桥桥体动静态特性分析将对后期同类型新产品的开发和优化设计提供重要的参考依据。 Taking a certain type of driving-axle of forklift in a company as the research object, the statics analysis of the driving-axle is carried out based on ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis in this article. The corresponding stress value and deformation distribution are calculated to verify whether the safety strength meets the design requirements. Further analysis of dynamic characteristics of the axle shows that the natural frequency of all modes of the axle is above 213.11Hz, which will not resonate due to the excitation of uneven road surface. At the same time, according to the deformation frequency response curve of harmonic response analysis, the frequency at the largest harmonic response amplitude of the bridge body is found, and the stress and strain contours of maximum frequency are calculated. The results show that resonance frequency of the axle is 430Hz, which is much higher than the resonance frequency caused by the road surface, so it is verified that the structure design of the axle is reasonable. The finite element analysis of the driving-axle will provide an important reference for the development and optimization of new products.
