摘要
从通备武术培训基地的教练和学员入手,分析他们参与通备武术学习的动机以及参与现状;从通备武术馆入手,了解武馆招生管理、日常运营、学院培训、经营收支情况。结果显示:政策支持力度不够,经费不足;缺乏通备武术研究机构,也没有规范的通备武术教材;通备武术的竞赛和学术会议非常少;教练培训、裁判培训以及推广培训还不到位。对策:建立推动通备武术发展的长效机制,联合地方体育部门和旅游部门做好通备武术协同创新的思路和方法;成立通备武术研究会,组织专家进行标准化制定;承办、主办各类大型的传统武术竞赛活动,通过大赛进行宣传与交流。建议:定期举办各类裁判员培训班、教练员提高班;进行专业的指导和交流;申报非物质文化遗产传承人;组织专家、教授进行编制适合各个年龄阶段的学生的统一通备武术标准教材。
Starting from the coaches and students of Tong-Bei Wushu Training Base,this paper analyzes their motivation to participate in Tong-Bei Wushu study and their participation status;starting from Tong-Bei Wushu Museum,it understands the situation of admission management,daily operation,college training,operating income and expenditure. The results show that the policy support is inadequate and the funds are insufficient;there is no general Wushu research institute,and there are no standard general Wushu teaching materials;there are very few competitions and academic meetings of general Wushu;coaches training,referee training and promotion training are not in place. Countermeasure: Establish a long-term mechanism to promote the development of Tong-Bei Wushu,unite local sports departments and tourism departments to do a good job of ideas and methods of synergistic innovation of Tongbian Wushu;set up a Tong-Bei Wushu Research Institute,organize experts to standardize the formulation;undertake and sponsor various large-scale traditional Wushu competitions,propaganda and through competitions communication. Suggestions: Regular training classes for referees and coaches,professional guidance and exchange,declaration of intangible cultural heritage inheritors,and organization of experts and professors to prepare a unified standard Wushu textbook for students of all ages.
