摘要
大学生就业难,已从现实问题上升到社会问题层面,特别是对于教育技术学专业的学生来说更是不容乐观。尽管该专业的招生率在逐年提高,但依旧呈现出求职者工作难找,选材者用人难寻的现状。因此,明确教育技术学专业求职清晰度的影响因素,为之提出切实可行的建议尤为重要。本文通过问卷调查法,从大学生求职心理、社会支持、专业承诺以及人口统计学相关变量等角度进行研究,分析了一般自我效能感、主动性人格、专业承诺、社会支持等因素对教育技术学专业学生求职清晰度的影响,并对各影响因素提出思路与建议。
It is difficult for college students to obtain employment,which has been raised from practical problems to social problems,especially for students majoring in educational technology. Although the enrollment rate of this major is increasing year by year,it still shows that job seekers and employers are hard to find. Therefore,it is very essential to make clear the influencing factors of job search clarity of educational technology and put forward practical suggestions for it. This paper is based on a questionnaire survey, which is carried out from the angle of college students psychology of job search,social support,professional commitment and demographic variables. It analyzes the effects of general self - efficacy,active personality, professional commitment and social support on the job hunting clearness of students majoring in education technology,and puts forward some ideas and suggestions for each factor.
