摘要
通过紫外-可见全波段扫描绘制出二苯胺的吸收光谱图,得出二苯胺的最大吸收波长为285 nm,在该波长时测试绘制二苯胺标准曲线,利用皂化蒸馏法实现了单基药中二苯胺的分离,经乙醇稀释后可直接在紫外光区测试其吸光度,根据线性回归方程计算出二苯胺含量,通过数据分析及与溴化法的比较验证了紫外光谱测试法的准确性和重现性。
The diphenylamine content in single-base propellant was determined by using the ultraviolet spectroscopy. The maximum absorption wavelength of diphenylamine was measured 285nm through all band ultraviolet scanning. The linear regression analysis between absorbance and solution concentration was carried out and linear equation was obtained. The diphenylamine was separated from single-base propellant using saponification and distillation method and scanned using ultraviolet spectroscopy under the wavelength of 285 nm in order to gain the absorbance of diphenylamine solutions. Subsequently, the diphenylamine content could be calculated based on the linear equation of absorbance and solution concentration. The bromination testing result of diphenylamine content in single-base propellant also verified the accuracy of ultraviolet spectroscopy.
