摘要
以两种不同粒径和品质的FOX-7颗粒和HMX在HTPB中形成的药浆预聚体为研究对象,通过改变药浆中固相含量、环境温度和颗粒级配等,对药浆的流变特性进行对比研究;环境温度为85℃时,固含量为50%的药浆由假塑性流体特性转变为接近牛顿流体特征;总固含量为30%~40%,不同粒径的FOX-7进行两级级配比为1:1时,药浆表观粘度最低;总固含量为50%,HMX和两种FOX-7三级级配时,FOX-7中细颗粒比为2∶1的药浆表观粘度下降速率最大。
The rheological properties of the slurry were compared by changing the solid phase content,ambient temperature and particle gradation of the slurry by taking two different particle sizes and qualities of FOX-7 particles and HMX prepolymer formed in HTPB as the research object. The slurry contained 50% solid weight shows the Newton liquids property when the environment temperature is 85 ℃. The slurry contained 30% ~ 40% solid weight would exhibit a lower viscosity when the ratio of large size FOX-7 and small size FOX-7 was 1 : 1. Then the slurry contained 50% solid weight with HMX would show a lower viscosity when the ratio of large and small size FOX-7 was 2: 1.
