摘要
城轨车辆本身具备小批量、定制化的特点,进而导致城轨车辆制造质量控制变得复杂化,严重影响城轨车辆总成组装化质量,无法保障城轨车辆运行的稳定性。文章首先分析了城轨车辆总成组装化质量形势,同时阐述了城轨车辆总成组装化质量保证体系,最后总结了城轨车辆制造质量管控方式,仅供参考。
The urban rail vehicle itself has the characteristics of small batch and customization, which leads to the complexity of the manufacturing quality control of the urban rail vehicle, seriously affects the assembly quality of the urban rail vehicle assembly, and cannot ensure the stability of the urban rail vehicle operation. In this paper, the quality situation of urban rail vehicle assembly is analyzed, and the assembly quality assurance system of urban rail vehicle assembly is expounded. Finally, the manufacturing quality control methods of urban rail vehicle are summarized.
