摘要
随着我国经济的发展,对石油的需求越来越多。高压容器设备在石油行业的生产中占有十分重要的地位,在很多石油石化企业中被广泛使用。高压容器的主要特点是其能够承受巨大压力,同时也能够在恶劣的环境中使用。同时,高压容器能适用于高温、易爆且环境中具有强腐蚀性的介质中。基于此,文章针对高压容器的结构特点与设计特点,对其参数化模型与数据进行分析,同时对其制造要点进行归纳总结,从而为高压容器在实际工程中的应用提供一定的参考。
With the development of China's economy, there is more and more demand for oil. High pressure vessel equipment plays a very important role in the production of petroleum industry and is widely used in many petroleum and petrochemical enterprises. The main characteristic of high pressure vessel is that it can withstand great pressure, but also can be used in harsh environment. At the same time, high pressure vessels can be applied to high temperature, explosive and highly corrosive media in the environment. Based on this, according to the structural and design characteristics of high-pressure vessels, this paper analyzes its parametric model and data, and summarizes the key points of its manufacture, so as to provide a certain reference for the application of high-pressure vessels in practical engineering.
