摘要
介绍了GIS技术的特点,对我国当前营造林管理存在的问题进行了简单分析,采用B/S架构设计理念,建设桌面端营造林管理系统,通过营造林项目地图展示、项目规划、项目实施、自查验收和成果分析功能,实现对营造林项目计划、质量、资金、档案等进行全面管理。
In this paper, the characteristics of GIS technology were introduced, the problems of afforestation management in China were briefly analyzed, and the idea of using B/S architecture design to construct a desktop afforestation management system was put forward.By the means of the functions of map display, project planning, project implementation, self-examination acceptance and result analysis of afforestation projects, the overall management of afforestation project plans, quality, funds and archives can be realized.
