长臂稳罐摇台在冶金矿山多水平单绳提升系统中的应用

摘要 结合马城铁矿1号主井工程实际,介绍在建超深矿井单绳提升时,摇台摇臂长度的一种简单计算方法与选型配套。摇台配置合理,可以解决矿井深水平提升时,罐笼提升重物时的稳罐与稳定出车问题,确保矿井生产与施工安全。 In combination with the practices on No.1 main shaft project in Macheng Iron Mine,a simple calculation method of the swing boom length and a selection and formation for the swing deck were introduced while a single rope hoisting applied to the ultra deep mine shaft in construction.The swing deck rationally configured could solve the stabilized cage and the stable going out problems during the heavy load being hoisted with the cage when a deep level hoisting was conducted in the mine shaft, so as to ensure the safety of mine production and construction.
