摘要
红果褶孔牛肝菌Phylloporus rubiginosus在分类上隶属于牛肝菌目Boletales牛肝菌科Boletaceae,最早描述于泰国。最近,在我国福建和海南也发现该种的分布。本研究采用分子系统发育和形态解剖相结合的方法,对该种进行重新描述,并对其鉴别特征进行重新界定,即该种具有较大的子实体,菌盖褐红色至浅红色,子实层体表面和菌肉受伤后先变蓝绿色、再变红色、最后变为黑色,菌柄表面覆盖有红色至浅红色的鳞片,基部菌丝白色,担孢子在扫描电镜下光滑,侧生囊状体的细胞壁厚度可达2μm,盖表由不膨大的菌丝构成;同时,该种可和分布于热带亚洲的壳斗科Fagaceae、龙脑香属Dipterocarpus或松属Pinus植物形成共生关系。
Phylloporus rubiginosus (Boletaceae,Boletales),a species originally described from Thailand,was redescribed based on Chinese collections,with more DNA sequences provided and ecological/morphological information updated.It is characterized by a relatively large basidioma with a brownish red to reddish pileus,hymenophore and context turning bluish olivaceous,then turning red and finally blackening when injured,a stipe covered with brownish red to reddish squamules,a white basal mycelium,basidiospores smooth under SEM,thickness of walls of pleurocystidia up to 2 μm,uninflated hyphae in the pileipellis,and its association with trees of Fagaceae, Dipterocarpus or Pinus of tropical Asia.
