装配式结构整体式内墙板连接优化与数值分析 被引量:2

摘要 文章总结了整体式内墙板的类型、与主体结构的连接构造及特征;针对现有装配式混凝土结构整体式内墙板连接设计与施工存在的突出问题,提出了2种改进的整体式内墙板连接构造方式,从设计和施工2个方面开展优化和改进,给出了此类施工精度控制要点;通过ABAQUS程序建立了带整体式内墙板的装配式剪力墙结构数值分析模型,研究了整体式内墙板采用不同连接构造方式对装配式剪力墙结构整体受力性能的影响,分析了极限承载力、刚度、破坏模式、应力分布规律等。研究结果表明:整体式内墙板的连接构造方式对装配式剪力墙结构的初始刚度和水平极限承载力有较大影响;整体式内墙板与装配式混凝土剪力墙采用合理的梁挂板接筋连接或U型钢卡螺栓连接方式安全可靠,其整体结构均能满足抗震规范的延性要求。研究成果可为整体式内墙板在装配式混凝土结构中推广和应用提供科学依据。 The types of integral interior wall panels(IIWPs) and the structure and characteristics of the connection between IIWPs and the main structure are systematically summarized. In view of the outstanding problems in the design and construction of the IIWPs of the existing prefabricated concrete structures, two improved IIWP connection types are put forward. The optimization and improvement are carried out from the aspects of design and construction, and the construction accuracy control points are given. By using ABAQUS program, the numerical analysis model of the prefabricated shear wall structure with IIWPs is established to study the influence of IIWPs with different connection modes on the prefabricated shear wall structure. The ultimate bearing capacity, stiffness, failure mode and stress distribution law are also analyzed. The results show that the connection type of the IIWPs has a great influence on the initial stiffness, horizontal ultimate bearing capacity, failure mode and stress distribution law of the fabricated shear wall structure. A reasonable tension connection of beam hanging plate or a U-type steel card bolt connection is adopted between the IIWPs and prefabricated concrete shear wall, which is safe and reliable, and the whole structure can meet the ductility requirement of the seismic specification. This study may provide a reference for the popularization and application of IIWPs in prefabricated concrete structure engineering.
