摘要
矿产资源是国家的重要资源,矿山设备的安全性与稳定性决定着采矿作业的效率,为此提出基于电气控制的矿山设备干式变压器结构技术性能比较研究。干式变压器结构技术性能比较主要对树脂浇注式干式变压器与浸漆式干式变压器的耐受短路性能、绝缘耐压性能、耐热阻燃性能、过载性能与耐腐蚀性能进行比较,通过比较分析发现浸漆式干式变压器结构技术性能优于树脂浇注式干式变压器,因此在采矿作业推广浸漆式干式变压器的使用。
Mineral resources are important resources of the country, and the safety and stability of mining equipment determine the efficiency of mining operations. Therefore, a comparative study on the structure and technical performance of dry-type transformer of mining equipment based on electrical control is proposed. Structural and technical performance comparison of dry-type transformer mainly compares short-circuit resistance, insulation and voltage resistance, heat resistance and flame retardant performance, overload performance and corrosion resistance of resin-poured dry-type transformer and paint-dipped dry-type transformer. Through comparative analysis, it is found that the structural and technical performance of paint-dipped dry-type transformer is better than resin-poured dry-type transformer, so it is popularized in mining operation. Use of paint-dipped dry-type transformer.
