摘要
将"六效蒸发"改为"七效蒸发",以降低新蒸汽消耗,增加节能效益;增加热交换设备,增加精液和附聚降温能力,采用种分母液升温热量交换,精液降温有利于分解效率,种分母液升温有利于蒸发效率,使蒸发原液(种分母液)温度由75℃增加到80℃以上,提高生产系统热量综合利用率。六效蒸发器节能降耗改造,顺应技术进步的发展,提高企业经济效益。
Six-effect evaporation is changed into seven-effect to decrease new steam consumption and improve energysaving benefit. Heat exchange equipment is increased, cooling ability on concentrated solution is improved, seed pregnant solution is heated and heat exchange happens. The falling of concentrated solution temperature is beneficial to improve decomposition efficiency while the rising of seed pregnant solution temperature is beneficial to evaporation efficiency, which can increase the temperature of the evaporation solution (seed pregnant solution) from 75 ℃ to above 80 ℃. As a result, the comprehensive utilization of heat in production system is higher. The transformation for energy saving of six-effect evaporator conforms to the development of technical progress, meanwhile, improves economic benefit of enterprises.
