摘要
简要介绍了港口船舶岸基供电系统的意义以及有关政策和技术规范,并阐述了港口船舶岸基供电系统技术方案的设计思路;针对港口船舶岸基供电系统的岸上供电系统、船岸交互部分和船舶受电系统三部分展开研究,阐述了变频方式、供电参数、供电旁路、电缆管理系统、并网方案的选择,对如何选择技术路线进行了简要分析,并提出了典型的岸电方案。
This paper briefly introduces the significance of the shore-based power supply system of port ships and related policies and technical specifications,and expounds the design ideas of the technical solutions for the shore-based power supply system of port ships;the on-shore power supply system,the ship-shore interaction part for the ship-based shore-based power supply system and the ship's power receiving system is researched in three parts.The selection of frequency conversion mode,power supply parameters,power supply bypass,cable management system and grid connection scheme is expounded.A brief analysis of how to select the technical route is made,and a typical shore power scheme is proposed.
