摘要
目的探讨心理护理干预对冠脉CTA患者满意度的影响。方法选择行冠脉CTA检查者120例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组。其中,对照组60例患者,给予常规护理干预;研究组60例患者,在常规护理的基础上重点给予心理护理干预,统计分析两组患者的护理满意度。结果研究组护理满意度为98.33%,对照组的护理满意度为83.33%,研究组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对行冠脉CTA患者实施心理护理干预有助于提高护理满意度,促进医患关系的发展,同时有利于缓解患者焦虑、紧张、恐惧以及悲伤等负面情绪,效果理想。
Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on satisfaction of patients with coronary CTA.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent coronary CTA examination were selected as subjects.Among them,60 patients in control group received routine nursing intervention;60 patients in the study group focused on psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was analyzed statistically.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.33%,and that of the control group was 83.33%.The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention for patients undergoing coronary CTA is helpful to improve nursing satisfaction,promote the development of doctorpatient relationship,and relieve patients'negative emotions such as anxiety,tension,fear and sadness,with ideal effect.
