摘要
目的分析影响生化检验结果准确性的相关因素。方法选择2015年2月—2017年3月我院收集的200份生化检验标本,对所有标本的检验过程进行分析,总结影响检验结果准确性的因素。结果 200份生化检验标本中有14份(7.00%)检验过程出现差错,发生率由高到低依次为采集方法不当(42.86%)、标本量不足(21.43%)、保存时间不当(14.29%)、送检时间长(14.29%)、抗凝剂使用比例不当(7.14%)。结论影响生化检验结果准确性的因素较多,应在标本采集、保存、运输、检验等环节加强管理,严格检验流程,确保检验结果的准确性,为临床诊断与治疗提供有利的依据。
Objective To analyze the relevant factors affecting the accuracy of biochemical test results.Methods 200 biochemical test specimens were collected by our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017.The process of examination of all specimens was analyzed and the factors affecting the accuracy of the results were summarized.Results There were 14 specimens(7.00%)of the 200 biochemical test specimens with errors in the inspection process.The highest and lowest incidences were improper collection methods(42.86%),insufficient specimens(21.43%),and improper storage time(14.29%),long inspection time(14.29%),improper use of anticoagulant(7.14%).Conclusion There are many factors affecting the accuracy of biochemical test results.The management should be strengthened in the collection,the transportation,preservation and inspection of specimens,and the inspection process should be strictly carried out to ensure the accuracy of the test results,which provides a favorable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
