摘要
目的讨论翻转课堂联合微信在医学影像诊断学教学中的应用。方法选取昆明医科大学2015级医学影像学专业学生共110名为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组55名,一组为实验组,采用翻转课堂联合微信的教学方法;另一组为对照组,采用传统的教学方法。通过随堂考试成绩及问卷调查表对两组学生的教学效果进行评价。结果实验组与对照组的随堂考试成绩总分分别为(92.80±1.69)分和(85.41±2.25)分(P <0.05),另外实验组问卷调查显示翻转课堂联合微信的教学方式提高了学生的学习自主性和积极性,增进了同学间及同学与老师之间的交流,有利于知识点的课后复习和拓展。结论在医学影像诊断学中采用翻转课堂联合微信的教学方法不仅能调动学生的学习积极性和主动性,培养学生的临床思维能力,而且能有效提高教学质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of the flipped classroom combined with WeChat in the medical imaging teaching.Methods 110 students of medical imaging,grade 2015 from Kunming Medical University were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group(55 students)with flipped classroom combined with WeChat,the control group(55 students)with traditional teaching method.The teaching effects were evaluated with quizzes scores and questionnaires.Results The quizzes scores of experimental group and control group were(92.80±1.69)and(85.41±2.25)(P<0.05),separately.Compared with the control group,experimental group got higher quizzes scores,and questionnaire survey from experimental group showed that the new teaching method improved students'learning autonomy and initiative,enhanced communication between classmates and teachers,and was helpful to review and expand knowledge points after class.Conclusion Application of flipped classroom with WeChat in the medical imaging teaching not only mobilized students'learning enthusiasm and initiative,but also trained students'clinical thinking ability,and effectively improved the teaching quality.
