摘要
目的:探讨α-硫辛酸、甲钴胺、前列地尔联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2016年4月-2018年5月糖尿病周围神经病变患者100例。随机分组,对照组采取α-硫辛酸、甲钴胺治疗,观察组则采取α-硫辛酸、甲钴胺+前列地尔治疗。比较两组糖尿病周围神经病变控制率;症状改善的时间、行走功能好转的时间;治疗前后患者神经传导的平均速度、TSS总分;毒副作用。结果:观察组糖尿病周围神经病变控制率、症状改善的时间、行走功能好转的时间、神经传导的平均速度、TSS总分相比较对照组更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组毒副作用相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:α-硫辛酸、甲钴胺+前列地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果好。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Alpha-lipoic Acid,Mecobalamin and Alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Method:From April 2016 to May 2018,100 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in our hospital were selected.The control group was treated with alpha-lipoic Acid and Mecobalamin,while the observation group was treated with Alpha-lipoic Acid,Mecobalamin and Alprostadil.The control rate of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,the time of improvement of symptoms and walking function,the average speed of nerve conduction,total TSS score and toxicity and side effects were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the control rate of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,the improvement time of symptoms,the improvement time of walking function,the average speed of nerve conduction and the total score of TSS in the observation group were better(P<0.05).The side effects of observation group and control group were similar(P>0.05).Conclusion:Alpha-lipoic Acid,Mecobalamin and Alprostadil are effective in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
