纯电动两挡减速箱换挡机构设计与验证

摘要 为了满足纯电动汽车起步动力与最高车速的兼顾需求,采用一款纯电动两挡减速箱,通过对两挡减速箱换挡机构软硬件的设计及仿真,以及换挡软件策略的制定,实现了两挡箱子的换挡功能,并通过试验进行验证。 In order to meet the needs of pure electric vehicle starting power and the highest speed,a pure electric two.speed gearbox was adopted.Through the design and simulation of the software and hardware of the shifting mechanism of the two gearboxes,and the formulation of the shifting software strategy,the shifting function of the two.speed box was realized and verified by experiments.
