摘要
目的探讨综合护理对腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻护理效果的影响。方法选取2016年1月～2018年1月在我院进行治疗的50例腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理。比较两组的治疗效果以及出院时护理满意度。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹部手术后粘连性肠梗阻患者,实施综合护理,能提高治疗效果和护理满意度,应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing on the nursing effect of adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal operation.Methods From January 2016 to January 2018,50 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into observation group(25 cases)and control group(25 cases)according to random number table method.Patients in the control group were received routine nursing.The patients in the observation group were received comprehensive nursing.The curative effect and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery can improve the therapeutic effect and nursing satisfaction,and has high application value.
