摘要
目的探讨更年期综合征患者"潮热"表现特点和体质分布情况。方法选择2017年6月-2017年12月山西中医药大学附属医院妇科门诊且符合疾病诊断、纳入标准的更年期综合征"潮热"女性患者,运用国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)项目所制定的更年期综合征临床信息采集表进行症状学调查,依据《中医体质分类与判定标准》进行体质学调查,并以临床数据为基础进行统计学分析。结果更年期综合征"潮热"患者体质降序排列依次为阳虚质(60. 00%)>阴虚质(31. 67%)>气郁质(23. 33%)>痰湿质(13. 33%)、气虚质(13. 33%)、特禀质(13. 33%)>血瘀质(6. 67%)>湿热质(3. 33%)。结论更年期是女性由壮年向老年过度的关键时期,呈现以虚损为主,兼夹实邪的体质特点,结合体质特点进行临床辨证诊疗,将更有利于更年期妇女症状的缓解与恢复。
Objective To explore the characteristic of hot flashes and the distribution of body constitution in the patients with menopausal syndrome.Methods From June 2017 to December 2017,the patients with hot flashes in menopausal syndrome,in compliance with diagnosis and inclusion criteria were collected from the outpatients in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics,Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The symptomatology survey was conducted,using the clinical information scale of menopausal syndrome developed by the National Key Basic Research Project(973).The investigation on the body constitution was performed according to Classification of body constitution and determination of diagnosis of Chinese medicine.The statistical analysis was conducted in light with clinical data.Results From up to down,the sequence of body constitution in the patients with hot flash in menopausal syndrome was yang constitution(60.00%)> yin constitution(31.67%)> qi stagnation(23.33%)>phlegm damp(13.33%)> qi deficiency(13.33%)>allergic constitution(13.33%)>blood stagnation(6.67%)>damp heat(3.33%).Conclusion The women in menopause stage are the key transition from the prime of life to the agedness.At this stage,the women are in the body constitution as mixture excess and deficiency,but predominated as deficiency.The diagnosis and treatment should be in terms of the characteristics of body constitution so as to contribute to relieving the symptoms in menopause and promote the recovery.
