摘要
高质量的铸轧带材尤其是用于生产1235铝箔产品的带材在生产过程中对熔体质量的要求非常高。熔体中夹杂物和氢气的存在会导致铝箔生产时断带次数增加以及针孔数较多,严重影响产品质量。通过采取炉内精炼、优化熔炼工艺、优化在线净化处理方式等手段,并实施严格的工艺保证,使得熔体的质量达到生产高质量铸轧带材的要求。
High quality cast - rolled strip especially for production of 1235 aluminum foil strip requires high melt quality in the pro. duction. Inclusions and hydrogen in the melt will lead to the increase of the number of strip breaks and the number of pinholes in the production of aluminum foil, which will seriously affect the product quality. By means of smelting in furnace, optimizing smelting pro. cess, optimizing on-line purification treatment, and implementing strict process, the melt quality can meet the requirements of produc. ing high-quality cast-rolled strip.
