摘要
通过采用2011 2018年Zephyr全球并购数据库中的电力和天然气类跨国并购数据,本文不仅基于复杂网络视角构建了全球绿色能源投资网络,而且运用ArcGIS和Gephi软件从网络结构和网络节点两方面分析了该网络结构的演化特征。研究结果发现,全球绿色能源投资网络具有小世界性和无标度特性,但是其网络结构趋于松散,整体复杂性减弱;网络格局由单核主导向多核联动转变,绿色能源网络的覆盖面正在不断扩大和延展;双边投资关系越多的国家越有可能成为全球绿色能源投资网络的中心,在网络中占据较强的控制优势和可达性。因此,完善绿色能源扶持体系、提高项目融资可得性和加强第三方市场合作是我国争取国际绿色能源市场话语权和决策权的必然选择。
By adopting the data of cross-border M&A of power and natural gas in Zephyr database from 2011 to 2018,this paper not only builds a global green energy investment relationship network based on the complex network perspective,but also analyzes the evolution feature of the network complexity from network structure and nodes using ArcGIS and Gephi. The results show that the global green energy investment network is small-world and scale-free, but its network structure tends to be loose and the complexity of overall structure weakens. The network structure chang- es from single-core structure to multi-core linkage,and the coverage of green energy network is constantly expanding and extending. The nations with more bilateral investment relations are more likely to become the center of the global green energy investment network,owing a strong control advantage and accessibility in the network. Therefore,it's in- evitable for China to perfect supporting system for global energy investment,improve financial availability and en- hance the third-party cooperation,and thereby to obtain discourse power and decision-making authority in global green energy market.
