摘要
英国政府对科研采取稳定支持与竞争性支持相结合的"双重资助体系"。本文介绍了英国科研经费的总体情况;稳定支持与竞争性支持的经费比例与支持对象;稳定支持经费的管理模式,包括评估与经费分配办法;并分析了稳定支持发挥的作用。
Public funding for research in the UK is provided through the double supporting system which combines stable funding with competitive funding. This paper introduces the overall situation of UK research funding;the funding proportion and support target for both of stable funding and competitive funding;the management model for stable research funding, including assessment and funding allocation methods;and it also analyzes the role of stable funding.
