摘要
目的探讨并分析无创外固定支架结合特色手法整复治疗桡骨远端骨折患者的临床效果。方法选取中国人民解放军113医院2016年3月至2018年2月治疗的桡骨远端骨折患者126例,根据治疗方式将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组63例。对照组给予特色手法整复联合纸质小夹板外固定进行治疗,观察组给予无创外固定支架结合特色手法整复进行治疗。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗后握力评分、愈合时间、治疗前后桡骨高度、尺偏角、掌倾角和并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗后优良率优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者握力评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者桡骨高度、尺偏角和掌倾角均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组患者改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论无创外固定支架结合特色手法整复治疗桡骨远端骨折患者,可改善患者治疗效果,改善治疗后患者握力,缩短愈合时间,降低术后并发症发生率,该方法可促进患者早日恢复,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得应用推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of non-invasive external fixation combined with special manipulation on patients with distal radius fracture.Methods A total of 126 patients with distal radius fractures who were treated in the 113th Hospital of Chinese People's Liberation Army from March 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment,with 63 cases in each groups.The control group was treated with traditional techniques and external fixation with paper splint.The observation group was treated with non-invasive external fixation combined with special manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy,post-treatment grip score,healing time,humeral height,ulnar angle and palm tilt angle and complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The excellent rate of treatment in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The grip strength score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the tibia height,ulnar deviation and palm tilt angle of the two groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of symptoms was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Non-invasive external fixation combined with traditional manipulation techniques can significantly improve the treatment effect on patients with distal radius fractures.This treatment method improve the grip strength of patients after treatment,shorten the healing time and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.This method also can promote the early recovery of patients,with high clinical application value,and it is worthy of application promotion.
