摘要
通过分析汽车顶盖侧横梁内板的成形工艺,确定了落料是决定该制件精度的关键工序。为了提高生产效率和材料利用率,采用自动化开卷落料排样方案,计算了模具总的冲压力为337kN,介绍了模具的整体结构和主要零部件设计及模具的工作过程。经生产实践验证,开卷落料排样设计合理,模具结构灵活可靠,落料件质量稳定,该模具对同类零件的开卷落料模设计具有一定的指导意义。
Based on the analysis of the forming process of the inner panel of the roof side beam, it was determined that the blanking was the key process to determine the precision of the part. In order to improve the production efficiency and sheet utilization rate, the automatic uncoiling blanking layout was adopted. The die total pressure was calculated as 337kN. It presented the die overall structure, main components design and working process. The actual production verified that the design of uncoiling blanking layout was reasonable: the die structure was flexible and reliable;and the quality of blanking part was stable. The die has certain guiding significance for the die design of similar parts.
