摘要
郑振铎先生曾领导全国文物工作九年,全力从事,辛勤策划,成绩巨大。先生留下文物行业管理的丰富学说,主要有:文物是当代与未来发展的基础和源泉,要给予其应有地位;文物保护单位体制带有根本性;保护地面地下文物的主要目的是为遗产学习推陈出新和进行爱国爱乡教育;考古队伍要壮大,成为有关建设的先遣队;博物馆要加强科研,把握性质、任务及辩证关系;地方要组织专家负责的文物管理委员会。新时代提出新要求,先生的"文物行政学说"是他留给我们的重要遗产,今天的文物工作者急需学习这一理论并以之为基础探求创新之路。
Mr. Zheng Zhenduo had led China * s cultural heritage work for nine years with full commitment and great achievements. He left behind a legacy full of insights on cultural heritage administration, the main part of which include: cultural heritage are the foundation and source of present and future development, and should be given their due status;the cultural heritage protection authorities system is fundamental, and the main purpose of protecting cultural heritage is for better heritage learning and patriotic education;the archaeological team should be strengthened and become a pioneer of the field;the museum should pay more attention on research and has a clear idea of its mission, vision and the dialectical relationship between;professional committees on cultural heritage management should be established at local level. The new era puts forward new requirements for people working for cultural heritage protection, who should study Mr. Zheng's thoughts in earnest and use them as a foundation for future work.
